DreeseCODE Software was founded in 1996 by John Dreese, an aeronautical engineering graduate of the Ohio State University. After completing his Masters Degree, John decided to pursue work in the exciting world of experimental aviation. John went on to create DesignFoil an aerofoil simulation software which allows for the simulation of a windtunnel and airflow over an aerofoil. That was the beginning of many new features for the software, culminating in what is now DesignFOIL 6. By focusing intently on the user-experience, DesignFOIL has been able to bring the daunting task of airfoil/fairing creation/analysis to engineers and designers of all disciplines. |
